How Long Does Shipping Take?
We work as fast as humanly possible to get all orders out. All orders will be shipped via USPS 5-7 business days after purchase. If you have any concerns on where your order is, please first check your order using our Track Order page. We ask that customers do not email/call asking for an update because all updates are viewable on our Track Order page. If the page has no updates then there are no updates available yet. This slows down our support greatly. If unfulfilled then please be patient as this means that we're more than likely awaiting on a re-stock from our supplier so we can ship out your item and we will not have any additional information.
We are not responsible for tracking customers orders after they are shipped. If your package was shipped to the incorrect address or someone else signed for your package then you will need to file a claim with the USPS here: File A Claim. We will provide you the tracking information updates via email but it is your responsibility to track your package to ensure it is delivered to you. If you supplied the incorrect email address and didn't receive the updates it is not our fault. If we shipped it to the incorrect address that was provided to us by you we will not refund the order as it is not our fault for the mistake. We ship to the shipping address provided to us by you, the customer.
How Do I Change My Shipping Address?
Since orders are all processed and verified with your current shipping/billing address, if you need to change your shipping address after ordering you will be required to send in a supporting document to corroborate your new address. This is non-negotiable and your supporting document must state your name and new address on it. Documents such as ID’s, utility bills or other government documents are all examples of acceptable supporting documents.
What Happens When My Address Is Undeliverable?
Since we pay for shipping for our customers, when/if an order that is shipped comes back to us due to the address being undeliverable, then the customer must pay for the order to be shipped again. We ship to the address given to us and when that's incorrect it needs to be reshipped and paid for by the customer.
Where's My Tracking Number?
Since we ship our items quickly, you will not receive a tracking number until your order is actually on it's way out of our fulfillment center. So don't worry or panic if you have no tracking number. We're working diligently to complete your order and you'll be notified via email the second it's on it's way. You may always check for order updates using our Track Order page.
I Received My Tracking Number But It's Not Updating?
This is just due to the USPS and their updated tracking system. Sometimes you may need to allow 48-72 hours for their system to update the order.
Do You Offer Any Faster Shipping Options?
Yes, we sometimes offer expedited shipping for $10. The shipping fee is non-refundable. Contact customer support if you want to find out if your item is eligible for expedited shipping.
Who Pays For The Shipping On Returns?
If you are not returning for a size or similar product exchange then you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If your order has shipped and you've paid any shipping fees, then any shipping fees paid at that point are non-refundable.

Do We Accept Returns?
Of course! You must complete the RETURNS FORM and include it in your return. Read through the forms instructions to verify your order can be returned. Returns must be sent back within 7 days upon delivery with all tags, bags and boxing if applicable. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your item then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, bags and/or boxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or your order confirmation. Please do not send your purchase back without including the RETURNS FORM as it will be rejected.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error OR if original item purchased had a free gift in the order (you will have to ship the free gift back or pay the retail cost of the free gift)
• Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
